 Under Advanced Keywords Products Free Evaluation License you are granted the right to use any of Advanced Keywords software titles on any computer within the 10 days trial period. By the end of the evaluation period you must either aquire a paid license for the product, or destroy all copies of the software on your computers.
 Please note, if you own any of Advanced Keywords Single User license, you may switch computers reasonable number of times and install Advanced Keywords on each of them as long as it is never used on more than one computer simultaneously. If you own any paid license already, please request additional unlock codes at support@advancedkeywords.com.

Please read this Agreement. Your use of the software (the "Software") will indicate your acceptance.
Advanced Keywords provides this Software and licenses its use to you. You are responsible for selecting the Software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the Software. The Software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure and organization, is a proprietary product of Advanced Keywords and is protected by the law. Title to the Software, or any copy, modification or merged portion of the Software, shall at all times remain with Advanced Keywords.
This License entitles you to:
1. Use the Software on any computer worldwide within the 10 days trial period.
2. Make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for backup or archival purposes.
3. If you decide not to buy a Single User License for the Software within the 10 days trial period, you must, at the same time, destroy all copies of the Software and its documentation.
Limited Warranty
EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT, THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED AND PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY KIND OF WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Advanced Keywords warrants that the Software will substantially perform the functions or generally conform to the Software's specifications published by Advanced Keywords. Advanced Keywords does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be entirely error free or appear precisely as described in the Software documentation.
Remedies and Liabilities
In no event will Advanced Keywords be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or other direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Advanced Keywords or a dealer authorized by Advanced Keywords had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Privacy
Advanced Keywords reserves the right to collect certain information from the software users. The following discloses our information gathering and dissemination practices: logging software use activity for each user (including system information and registration information). Software use information is for Advanced Keywords internal use only and will never be disclosed to any third party under any circumstances.
General
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the enforceability of the remaining provisions shall in no way be affected or impaired thereby.

You are responsible for selecting the Software to achieve your intended results and for the installation, use and results obtained from the Software. The Software, including its code, documentation, appearance, structure and organization, is a proprietary product of Advanced Keywords and is protected by the law. Title to the Software, or any copy, modification or merged portion of the Software, shall at all times remain with Advanced Keywords.
This License entitles you to:
1. Use the Software by the purchaser (person/company) on one single computer worldwide. The purchaser may switch computers reasonable number of times and install the Software on each of them as long as it is never used on more than one computer simultaneously.
2. Make a reasonable number of copies of the Software for backup or archival purposes.
3. Transfer the Software, together with this License, to another person/company, but only if the other person/company agrees to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you transfer the Software and the License, you must, at the same time, either transfer all copies of the Software and its documentation to the same person or destroy those not transferred.
